We are used to working with our partners under various forms of contracts and procurement routes.
We also offer a range of architectural, advisory and associate services including BIM and NEC3 consultancy through to estate rationalisation on projects ranging from small scale developments to new hospital projects.
From our main offices in Leeds we are also have a regional office in London.
We use the latest technologies for the both the design and management of projects and have over 10 years experience in using Revit. Other technologies include Revit, AutoCad, NBS, ADB, Sketch Up, Solidworks and other software.
EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL RESOURCES
The team have created and delivered various types of healthcare projects within both the Public and Private sector. In addition, we have a specialist Department of Health Activity Database team (ADB) and a detailed in-depth knowledge and understanding of Healthcare guidelines (including HBN’s and HTMs).
We sit on various panels including Institute of Healthcare Engineers & Estates (IHEEM) Architectural Design & Built Environment Technical Platform, Lord Carter Review of Operational Efficiency Estate & Facilities task group and the UK BIM4Health group, endorsed by the Government Cabinet Office.
We have a dedicated and specialist team and 150 affiliated staff including Architects, Technologists and Interior Designers , who have an in-depth knowledge in the delivery of all healthcare projects.
